I have over 20 years of experiance.  My background includes; market research and property analysis, commercial property management, and the sales/leasing of industrial land and buildings. I also worked for the RTC as a consultant on properties in Arizona, Nevada, California, and Texas.

 

Along with representing major home builders and developers in land and lot transactions, I have leased office/medical space, sold individual lots to small custom builders, and sold new and resale homes. I was also the Designated Broker and Office Manager for a local large commercial real estate firm.

 

I have sold real estate in Avondale, Buckeye, Gilbert, Glendale, Mesa, Peoria, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Surprise, Tempe, Tolleson, Casa Grande and Florence.

I have been involved in commercial and residential land sales and residential houses for the last four years in the Phoenix area. During that time I have helped builders, developers, investors, and private lenders with their real estate needs by providing research, advice, and presenting opportunities.

 

I have worked with builders and developers to secure appropriate parcels that fit their needs and worked with them and local municipalities to obtain desired entitlements. My work with investors and private lenders includes researching various types of real estate, including land, houses, and commercial property, and helping them determine a strategy to acquire or dispose of assets.

 

The "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we have found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we've always done, only quicker and more efficiently.
